Christin Lett, MA, LLP

I have experience working with adults and adolescents across a wide range of life challenges and personal experiences. My work has included supporting individuals through difficult and often overwhelming circumstances, with a strong focus on helping people process and heal from past experiences while building a more stable and fulfilling present.

I have worked extensively with individuals navigating complex life situations, including those impacted by trauma, substance use, and involvement with the legal system, as well as those in helping or high-responsibility roles. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how deeply personal history, environment, and stress can influence emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy is grounded in seeing each person as a whole, rather than focusing solely on symptoms. I integrate a humanistic perspective with psychodynamic insight, exploring how past experiences and core beliefs shape current patterns, while also incorporating practical strategies to support healthier thinking and coping.

I believe that when life moves away from what we once envisioned, it can be both meaningful and healing to reflect on how we arrived there and to thoughtfully consider the path forward. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can gain insight, develop effective tools, and move toward the life you want to create.
